Come out of main exit of Waterloo station onto Waterloo Road. Turn right and walk for 2 minutes passing old fire station on the right. Make a right turn into Baylis Road, walk 1 minute and the Water Action Centre is on the right. Take side entrances into garden and go to the far end. Go into the door at the end of the garden and go left into rear hall.
